⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joseph with Rite Way of Phoenix came out to our home for a water filter service, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Communication was excellent from the start. He called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. As soon as he got to the house, he already had shoe covers ready to put on, I didn’t even have to ask. That small detail says a lot about his professionalism and respect for our home. Joseph was extremely courteous, professional, and had great manners. He addressed me as “sir” every single time and was respectful throughout the entire service. It’s also great to know that Pristine Water and Rite Way are teaming up as one company. I had a great experience working with Brandon from Riteway. He was able to perform a thorough water test on my property and provided detailed information, along with pictures and videos, so I could clearly understand what was going on. Brandon also made helpful recommendations and flushed my water heater while he was there. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. 09.03.26 - UPDATE - Ulisses was our after-hours emergency tech. Once again, a knowledgeable, personable and professional. We are part of the VIP Membership program. Well worth it. I was contacted within an hour of my call, with Ulisses knocking on my door 40 mins (his driving distance) later. He diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem within about 30 minutes, and everything was working pristinely. Another exceptional service from (now) Rite Way Heating and Plumbing. Years ago - Outstanding service, especially for snowbirds in AZ—trustworthy, honest, and upfront about future services for budgeting. Gilbert consistently exceeds expectations by teaching maintenance and ensuring the correct parts are ordered. Thanks to Sandra for coordinating appointments efficiently. Yair provides thorough, trustworthy drain cleaning with a friendly attitude. My VIP membership's free annual drain service was well worth it. Updates: Still outstanding in 07/2025. Gilbert Lazar is the best; all techs are excellent. The office staff is exceptional—personalised, responsible, and professional.
