“There are few businesses that I’ve encountered over the years that impress me as much as Rite-Way.

10 days ago our AC unit went out and I left a message after hours on line, expecting someone might respond in the next day or two. To my utter amazement, I received a phone call within 30 minutes arranging for a technician to
come out the following day.

Pablo arrived on time and examined the system and found numerous problems, many of which I had already suspected. He made suggestions that were appropriate and my wife and I agreed to at least talk with the Project manager. Once
again, we really didn’t expect a Project Manager to come out right away. But he did…two hours later Eric showed up.

Eric DID NOT UPSELL us like many repair companies do. He made a suggestion for a mid-level system, but my wife and I discussed it and decided on the two-stage system, not because of what Eric had said about energy savings (but
because we already had solar, which he was unaware of and the difference in prices was only a $3K).

Eric set everything up for the following Tuesday. Here is the real shocker, that both my wife and I were stunned hearing. Not only do we get a new system and the removal of the broken one, but new filters every 2 months for 10
years, free duct cleaning after the new system is installed and a free service call for a tune-up after 10-14 days to make sure everything is running properly. Eric promised to have the whole system installed in one day. I
thought that was a pretty lofty promise but wasn’t going to hold him to it. Well, his team of Gabriel, Terry, and Wayne did just that. They ripped out the old system and installed the new system in one day, actually in about 9
hours to be exact! Absolutely professional, courteous, and hard-working gentlemen.

The following day (Wednesday), Omar calls to notify us he is coming out early to clean out the ducts. We were told initially it might be Wednesday or Thursday so we were really surprised. Omar was funny and just like the other
technicians, very professional and courteous. There, I said everything which I wanted to say. Normally, I complain about the business or the service. Not this company, or these technicians. I would have them do anything at any

“From the first phone call, through the installation, Rite-Way has been professional, thorough and entirely helpful! One of our two furnaces wasn’t heating, so I called them to come assess the problem. They were able to come to
my home the same day, and even offered to bring hot chocolate, coffee or tea to keep me warm! They took photos of the issues with our furnaces to verify the issues with them. Unfortunately, with both units being 20 years old,
they both ended up needing to be replaced. That entailed replacing the air-conditioning units as well, so Rite-way tried to get us the best pricing and financing available. Every appointment they made, they kept with accuracy.
On installation day, they worked quickly and efficiently, and left my home so tidy you would not have known a major repair had taken place! They also have follow-up visits both immediately and months afterward to ensure
everything is running smoothly. I know it sounds like I am exaggerating, but I truly am not. I I cannot speak highly enough of Rite-Way, and recommend their company.

“We found out nearly two weeks ago that our HVAC unit was on it’s way out when our service company did it’s biyearly inspection. We knew that this time around we wanted to purchase the new unit locally, so at my neighbor’s
suggestion, I called Rite Way. By noon Frank was here to give us a bid. His presentation was really top-notch- well delivered, understandable, professional- and the price he quoted was a little less than our first bid from our
service company. BTW, all COVID-19 safety measures were adhered to while the bid was taking place. By Friday of the same week, Carl and Oscar were here to install the unit. They, too, were great- quick, efficient, and left the
garage and out door working areas cleaner than how they found it- seriously! Covid-19 protocols were adhered to as well. Follow up has been amazing with first a call to see how the install went and then an in-home visit from
Frank yesterday to answer any questions we had. He helped us set up the thermostat, which in itself is amazing. I can get a five-day weather from my thermostat – wonderful technology! Frank also adjusted all our registers to
boost air to our hot back bedrooms and made a suggestion about our overall house temperature that he thought would help. So far, it all seems to be working. The back two rooms that are typically warm are comfortable now. This
has been a problem since we bought the house 10 years ago – finally, I do believe it’s been solved. We are so relieved and grateful!! Great job, Rite Way!”

“I’m a new homeowner and I kinda knew my AC would die one day, most likely in the middle of summer. Sure enough it happened this year. I got a few bids from different places around town but Ben from Rite Way was the most
thorough in the initial inspection and even found some redundancies in my duct system from the previous owner. None of the other companies i spoke with did much more than give me their packet of AC unit prices. Ben also stayed
with me in my AC-less house for a long afternoon helping get my financing squared away when there was a bizarre issue with some name spellings with the finance company. As for the install, Robert and Joshua stayed here from 7am
until nearly 7pm getting the install done even when they ran into a power issue up on my roof, they put a whole new line up to the new unit and graciously ran the line in what i am sure was not the easiest location because i
have a rather difficult homeowners association. I was relieved my first “emergency” as a homeowner went as smoothly as it did thanks to these individuals. U guys Rock!”


“I had my A/C go out on a very hot day, Rite Way came out THAT DAY to give me an estimate. The entire staff is incredible. Special shout out to Juan Lopez, Brandon Goza and Sterling Shuller and especially Chris Sundin for all
their help. My time was valued, I was updated, they were on time, the work was done meticulously and you would never have guessed they were in my house. Their attention to detail, helping me find a great unit on my budget and
their AMAZING customer service is the best in Tucson. These days awesome customer service is so hard to find. This was the best company I have ever worked with. If I could give 10 starts I would. I will never go anywhere else

“We were in desperate need of a new air conditioning/heating unit. Our 1996 unit was on its last leg. Contacted Rite Way and another company to get quotes. Both came out on the same day. We were very impressed with Eric’s
presentation and information. It was not a hard sell approach, i.e “what’s it going to take to get you in this ac/heating unit today?” We appreciated that along with all the information to fit our budget and family needs. Eric
is a top notch individual and knows his stuff! The other company tried to hard sell us and when compared we were getting more bang of our buck with Rite Way and a Lennox unit. Called Eric back, asked several follow up questions,
decided to purchase and set up an appointment for install. Rite Way had an appointment within a few days. The team that came out were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and knew their stuff. Matt has to be one of the best
craftsman in all of AZ. He is an artist. My wife and I was so impressed we offered to buy them lunch as they were working so hard. The install took about a day and was beyond impressive. Exceeded our expectations and we did not
feel buyers remorse. What I loved as well was the fact that Eric and Matt reworked our duct work in the garage to be more efficient at no additional cost. Prior it was installed poorly and on the cheap. Finally Eric came back
for a follow up to make sure everything was done correctly and to code. Has exceeded our expectations and has changed our life. Do yourself a favor and please schedule Rite Way for your AC/Heating needs! As a two teacher income

“We needed a quick, last minute HVAC installation during this Arizona summer heat and Rite Way made it possible. Despite Covid, everything was expedited and completed within a few days – from discussing it with the sales rep to
having it all installed. Safety and health measures were taken by everyone as well. Communication was great through texts and emails so we are always aware of when and who (we appreciate the pictures) to expect. To sum it up,

“Needed to upgrade our old swap cooler and old heater. Kevin came out walked us through the process and took all our house dimensions including all window and gave us an estimate which was a few thousand less than the other
quotes I got from other companies. Kevin worked with me to get everything scheduled and squared away very quickly. From the time I said I wanted the service it was only 2 days till my install day which I never would have thought
could happen. They told us to expect a 2 day install time to do all the electrical work, removing all the old heaters and swamps and install all new equipment. Sam and Adam came out and did our install and were absolutely
awesome! They were here right at 830am as they told me they would be and actually had everything finished installed and cleaned up by 545pm. They were extremely professional, clean, and made sure I knew everything about what
