09.03.26 - UPDATE - Ulisses was our after-hours emergency tech. Once again, a knowledgeable, personable and professional. We are part of the VIP Membership program. Well worth it. I was contacted within an hour of my call, with Ulisses knocking on my door 40 mins (his driving distance) later. He diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem within about 30 minutes, and everything was working pristinely. Another exceptional service from (now) Rite Way Heating and Plumbing. Years ago - Outstanding service, especially for snowbirds in AZ—trustworthy, honest, and upfront about future services for budgeting. Gilbert consistently exceeds expectations by teaching maintenance and ensuring the correct parts are ordered. Thanks to Sandra for coordinating appointments efficiently. Yair provides thorough, trustworthy drain cleaning with a friendly attitude. My VIP membership's free annual drain service was well worth it. Updates: Still outstanding in 07/2025. Gilbert Lazar is the best; all techs are excellent. The office staff is exceptional—personalised, responsible, and professional.
