I called riteway plumbing out for a clogged sewer drain. Riteway worker Yair responded and he was exceptional he was very knowledgeable and friendly I really appreciate his efforts for unclogging my sewer line. Yair was a great delight. He told us our problem was within the city pipe and they would need to come out and fix it, I called the city and they were very combative and so I had to call riteway again they came back out and Yair again was exceptional and polite very understanding he showed the city his findings in person and now the city is coming out to do there part. We had a plumbing emergency and was referred to Rite Way by one of our vendors. They were out within 3 hours, cleared the clog and charged exactly what they quoted when I called. Josh, the plumber who came out to our office was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Well done!

Pedro came out on day 1 to diagnose a problem for us and ended up finding an issue with our water heater that we hadn’t called about, but needed to be addressed. Pedro fixed that issue and returned with Jose on day 2 to make a modification under our sink that was necessary to allow the installation of a new dishwasher. Our house has wonky 3/8 inch piping and so it took some troubleshooting to make things compatible. A supervisor (sorry, didn’t get his name) responded during the process. We really appreciate the team effort to get us up and running. We have used Riteway before and will continue to use them, especially after once using another company to replace our water heater. Pedro immediately saw that the other company’s install was not up to code and presented a safety hazard. Riteway should be your first choice!

Raul was great.  I knew it was going to be later in the day since they offered same day.  He arrived at 5pm to replace two faucets and the angle stops under two sinks.  Three hours later and much fighting with the angle stops (we knew that was going to be the case) and he was done.  He made sure we verified everything was working before he left.  Great service. The scheduling not so much.  I was texting with what I thought was a human, turns out it was a bot who couldn't help.  Got the call to schedule and they asked about my AC (which is due for inspection) so I had to tell them I had something else.  Then she told me the price of them coming to give an estimate.  I told her I wanted them to do the work.  I wasn't asking for an estimate, not sure if that would make a difference with scheduling.  Explained needing 2 faucets and the shut offs below both sinks replaced & that it wasn't going to be easy to replace the shut offs (angle stops).  She said that's fine.  Got another call from Justin confirming what I needed done.  Explained again it wasn't going to be a simple fix.  Told him how I had tried to turn the water off to replace the faucets and the knob broke spraying water.  He said no big deal.  Spoilers alert it was not at all easy as noted in how long poor Raul was here. The dismissive tone/feeling when trying to tell them it wouldn't be simple is why I gave them 4 stars.  I know homeowners often think a job is bigger than it really is when you have a professional do it, but that doesn't mean they're always wrong We did sign up for their monthly VIP services because it just makes sense and overall they are good people.

We received one of their so called free AC inspections which wasn’t supposed to take long but two hours later the guy was still here. We said right up front we know the AC is older and will be looking into replacing it this next spring. AC WAS running fine but we know there is a limit. The guy after two hours goes on and on how our refrigerant is over $300 a pound and our AC needs to be replaced now not later. After telling him we know it’s time and looking into it for this spring we get more run on about being OVER $300 a pound to replace refrigerant and how pricey that will be. Now almost 8pm he leaves. Want to guess what we woke up to?? Yes a frozen up AC unit now running way low on refrigerant. Running fine before they checked and less than 12 hours later not running.
