Marcus quickly identified the problem with something that had originally been installed by RITEWAY about two years ago and had since failed. Instead of making excuses or trying to sidestep the issue, he was straightforward about what he found and went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. That kind of integrity is becoming incredibly hard to find. I sincerely hope RITEWAY management recognizes what they have in Marcus. An honest technician who puts the customer first is an asset to any company, not someone who should ever be penalized for telling the truth. I needed a safety check on my furnace in the attic. Mike Davis with Rite Way show up to do the service. Mike was very professional and went above and beyond to explain the service he was providing. Yesterday Jerad came to our house within 3 hours of us calling Rite Ways dispatch to help us with fixing the clogged pipe that drains the HVAC system. Our AC was cooling our house down in no time, thank you for your help! Luckily we got our AC last year with Rite Way HVAC so this service was all under warranty and Jerad came over to assist us with no charge.

Brandon was determined to get to the source of my plumbers knock noise and eliminated it. He also did a thorough job of cleaning my two drains. My tankless water heater needed its first cleanse and he took care of that effeciently.
