It was time to service my hot water heater, and Riteway's technician Braeden came out promptly after confirming via text his arrival time. While he was there, he also checked all hoses and shut-off valves - at no charge. Braeden was very personable and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered before he left.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My kitchen sink was completely clogged, and I was unable to clear the clog. I called Rite Way And was happy to hear, even though it was halfway through the day, they would be able to still come that day.  Trevor was great! Even though it was already dark out and I’m sure he had had a long day, Trevor showed up with a smiling face, a calm demeanor, and a can-do attitude. He got right to work And took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Rite Way and I would definitely recommend Trevor.

Will need to think about getting a system since current one is 20yrs old, but I’ve gotten some leeway to think it over

They were able to come out same day when other companies I called couldn't come until the end of the week (3 days away). They were able to diagnose the issue within an hour, get a quote, and the work done same day. Total time of 3 or 3.5 hours. Amazing service from Nathan.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Omg. Riteway is so awesome. Never met a more professional team. They went above and beyond. I'm so happy. Don't bother looking elsewhere for new AC. Recently had an electrical issue in 2026 and called Parker and Sons and they told me I needed a whole new panel and roughly 2500$, Riteway came and looked it was a bent piece of metal not making contact. The competition is open to resident homeowners of Tucson and Rite Way’s surrounding service area aged 18 years or over except employees of Rite Way and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

Closing date for entry will be March 30th 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
