A comment on the purchase of a new system...Ladislao Morales did an exceptional job for us. He examined the whole property including doors and windows. He examined the existing unit on the roof. He did a complete evaluation of our needs and made a presentation to my wife and me of the most appropriate three options of systems that would work for us. After getting estimates from others it was clear that Rite Way had the best proposal. And Rite Way will be installing our new system this coming Monday. Your project manager did a great job. (More to follow after our new unit is up and running.)I’d like to recognize an exceptional job by Rite Way and their field service technician Matt.An earlier seasonal service on our heater-a/c unit had resulted in a reading on one of the key components that was substantially above the allowable limit. This excessive power reading suggested that a key (and very expensive) component of our system would require replacement very soon if not immediately. I got a price for the component replacement and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on the replacement of the whole system.Recognizing that I was contemplating an expensive repair based solely on a single reading of the component over-amping, I decided to seek a second opinion. I did a general search on the internet for a heating/cooling service company that was well regarded and found Rite Way. I made an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same day. Matt completely checked out the unit, including taking readings on the offending component with three different meters. Turned out that there were no problems with our unit, which was functioning normally and within specs. And I wasn’t charged for the second opinion they provided.As a result, we’ve got a new Heating/Cooling/Plumbing service company and we’ve signed up with them to have future seasonal services done. Needed an emergency visit to unclog my septic line. Ronnie Stamps came out and within an hour my toilets were functioning perfectly again. Ronnie immediately knew just where to look for the problem and what to do about it. Problem solved! And his colleague Justin also showed up and used a camera on a snake to peer inside my septic tank to look for any other problems. For no additional cost!Both workers were friendly and courteous, and quite professional. A pleasure to interact with. And the price was very competitive! If I have a problem with plumbing (or HVAC...) in the future, you can bet my first call will be to Rite Way. No brainer!
We've been using Rite Way for a few years now and are very happy with the service we receive. He was very thorough and went in depth of everything that he was doing and let me know of any concerns he had about our system.
The mark of a great company is not whether they avoid any issues. There are always issues, foreseeable or not. Great companies handle issues calmly and do what's right for their customer. I called Rite Way for a plumbing issue. Andre Dinkins was our technician and he was very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He performed an inspection of our water heater and we were alarmed to find out the unit we had installed last year was not up to code. Andre replaced our water heater and completed the other plumbing repair on the same day and his work is exceptional. We will not hesitate to contact Andre and Rite Way in the future.

We have had several Rite Way techs at our home over the last few days. Chase Price was awesome, Omar Rivera did great, and Lorenzo Vega Padilla did swell.Cleaned out our air ducts✅Removed our old AC and Heat ✅Installed our new AC and Heat ✅Everyone showed up on time. Rite Way sent emails with photos of the techs. The work was done in a pleasant and professional manner.No bad things to say.
Trea Suffecool did major cleaning on my heat pump. He double checked and made sure he did it right. Trea was phenomenal in his work ethic. Rick Bogart and his supervisor Matt Buchach came out to inspect the ducts. They took time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. They were friendly and professional. All 3 guys deserve an A+. I would highly recommend Riteway.

Rite Way Ventilation Co. was amazing and really was and helpful. They provided me with service so fast and David Alcala-Padilla had me back to normal and running smooth. He was very friendly and provided great customer service. Helped explained everything that was going on and anything he was doing would explain what he was doing and all the prices which was great. He had a second guy that helped him finish the job and was very helpful and friendly as well and introduced themselves. I had a really great experience and would highly recommend rite aid and these two gentlemen on their excellent work.

Used Derek Waters (electrician) for a complicated three switch system of lights. Her took his time to analyze the problem and then fixed it. He was very good at explaining everything to me as I like to follow repair people around. Very happy with the outcome and will request Derek for any electrical problems

We have used Riteway twice in the last few weeks. First for a heat pump inspection where Hector was very through and explain all the procedures he performed. In addition, we had Conrad out on the pluming side actually twice to replace our shower unit on the main bathroom, again he did a very professional job and very courteous.

Replaced the sink and garbage disposal. Luis was fantastic! He communicated well, worked very hard, fast, and cleaned up the workspace when he was done. Highly recommend him and Riteway when you need a job done.

Nathan was the technician that performed the follow-up service on my 6-month-old A/C system. He was very professional, yet friendly, and let me know what he was working on and when to expect heating or cooling as the check-out progressed. He followed up with a short Q & A session. I was pleased with the service appointment and hope to see him in the Spring.
Plumbing service was utilized. Job required two separate days because of a lack of available parts on site. Warehouse personnel should inventory utilized part inventories to ensure proper part counts before release to plumbers to minimize time in customer’s homes.
Great service all around they were very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly so I fully understood the exact problem and then gave me detailed options to fix or replace. We went with a replacement and they were quick and easy to work with. Everything works great now.
Chris Munoz, Rite Way Tech, called ahead of established appointment time to verify his commitment and showed up on time. He then diagnosed the problem, arranged to pick up the part and returned to install the part, and then double-checked the repair. He answered all of my questions, explained the problem/solution and checked on another service I had asked about. The business manager called a week or so later about my interest in this service. Everything was done in a competent and professional manner by everyone involved. I would highly recommend Rite Way for any heating, cooling or plumbing needs.(This was after two other local businesses were unable to properly identify and correct the problem.)

Ben Bodell did an excellent job doing the semi-annual maintenance service on our AC/Heating system. He was prompt, polite and he took time to thoroughly explain exactly what he did and gave us two options for what our future needs could be to keep our system in good working order. Mike Davis came out for the heating/cooling tune up and was professional, friendly, and polite. I appreciated that he gave recommendations (and provided an image), but didn't push for the "hard sell". We ended up replacing the run capacitor as well, and he was quick but thorough. High five to Mike and Rite Way!Update in 2022: Marcus K came out today for the heater tune up, and five stars for him as well! A replacement soft water system was needed in November 2022, so we called Riteway and have a contract with them. The service tech named Brandi texted her profile and came to the house to offer information and education on what the company could offer. She is professional and seems to have a mild temperament and endless patience. Brandi is an A++ employee. We continue to be very impressed with the caliber of employees who service our HVAC, water heaters, and soft water installation.

Daniel Amaya was my plumber who flushed my existing hot water heaters and found a leak in the oldest heater. He took pictures to show me where the problem was so I could make a decision about replacing it. I also had a shower leak and Daniel quickly identified that issue and helped me decide the best option for repair there too. He was respectful and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely request him in the future!
I greatly appreciate Steve at Riteway! I started smelling strong odors in my new home and immediately called Riteway for a possible gas leak. Steve responded immediately to troubleshoot and repair the issue. After a gas leak was ruled out, he checked the roof and found that my vents had been nearly sealed shut by prior contractors. Steve corrected the vents, sent me pictures, and provided me with an action/communication plan to ensure the ventilation was fully corrected and safe to stay in the home. Steve has since emailed me and called me to check-in. I appreciate Steve's promptness, attention to detail, and fantastic customer service. Thank you, Steve!

Nick Pena of Rite Way fixed the shower and toilet in my bathroom. The shower was leaking and the toilet was low flow and causing sewer problems. Rite way also fixed my sewer. Great company, very responsive.
Harrison was polite and efficient. He asked if I'd had any issues or concerns and if I had any questions for him. I would recommend RiteWay nit only for their products but for their outstanding customer service and follow-up.
