We planned to pay the final payment by check, which we left at the location, but their team never picked it up. We called multiple times to arrange payment but never received a call back. Two months later, we started receiving rude and borderline threatening emails. We were finally connected with a manager and were able to resolve everything in just a couple of days. We never received any form of apology from the project manager for their inappropriate communication. I know things happen, but not expecting your employees to take responsibility for their actions doesn't bode well for the company.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ken, our Riteway technician, called to let us know his approximate arrival time and he showed up at that time.  He was very polite and professional in all our interactions.  He was there for our annual checkup (as part of our monthly membership with Riteway). He examined our furnace (in the attic) and our A/C unit outside and found that they each worked well.  He suggested a couple options for upgrades which might prolong the A/C unit life and make it run smoother.  We were very happy with the quality of his service and his overall demeanor.
