Yes, we had a scheduled visit under the Rite Way VIP Plan today for inspection of our water heater and plumbing system by Marco Barrera. He did a very thorough inspection of our water heater and lines to each use area (catching items we had not been aware of), detailed all issues, recommendations, and costs, and reviewed our Rite Way VIP Plan advantages. When we asked about water purification, he explained the may advantages of the system and how it would be setup and its operation. He did all of this in a very friendly, professional way.
