We had a great experience with this company. They were responsive, professional, kind and the most affordable out of 6 companies that quoted us. They were also willing to help us on a Sunday evening! Plumbing Medic was excellent! Responsive, on time and excellent communication. Our tech, Luis, was kind, thorough, and quick in unclogging our kitchen drain. I got in touch early in the morning, got an appointment for the same day with a 4 hour window. They reached out to me again about an hour\/half and advised me that someone was 15 minutes out. Luis (tech) arrived, very friendly, professional. He went over the process, proceeded to do the work to unclog a kitchen sink. Unclogged and tested after snaking. Offered solutions for preventative maintenance. Never pushy, no hard upselling either. I told him I would think it over regarding options. All in all a great experience. Plumbing and A\/C Medic came to my home this week to perform two jobs. I had just moved in to my new home and I knew work had to be done The first was to replace my gas hot water heater which believe it or not was 31 years old. I heard lot about tankless hot water heaters and they hooked me up with a 98 % efficient tankless hot water heater. I also knew that my water lines were galvanized and almost 60 years old so I had them repipe my home as well. Jerry went above and beyond what was asked of him and stayed on the job until it was done which was late into the night. I highly recommend Plumbing and A\/. Medic and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t

Speed matters with a lot of plumbing issues. The way they schedule and dispatch allows them to get out to you much more quickly I'm comparison to others we called. They were able to be in our house with a diagnosis of the issue in under 24 hours for no extra charge. In addition, they recommend another company for restoration after a sink leak, who made it out within a couple hours. Some specialized parts were needed for the repairs so that not everything could be done same day, but 48 hours after calling, all repairs are completed, the documentation has been submitted for water damage claims, and their partner company is already working on restoration.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t

This company and Jonathan, who came out, were wonderful. We had a difficult time getting someone to come out when we needed them and this company bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were professional, yet very personable and they diagnosed our problem quickly. They stayed in touch with us and their prices were really reasonable. We plan to use them whenever we have plumbing issues and heartily recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing diagnoses and\/or repair.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t

Very professional. I called on a Sunday after all sinks, showers, and toilets were backing up (but not yet overflowing). The technician showed up within a few hours of the inital call and immediately found the cause and fixed it while showing me every step he took. We watched on the screen as the camera ran through the line leading from the house to discover the source of the blockage. I highly recommend this company.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t
