Quoted for a New AC When You Only Called for a Repair?

For once, I believe I have found an honest and helpful AC repairman and Company. Time will tell, but I fell confident. My AC has been running less and keeping the house cooler.

Spoke to a real, live human every time on the phone -- not an AI, which I appreciated very much. Andrew the service tech, was absolutely professional, timely with the inspection and repairs and made us feel comfortable to have him work with us. I can't suggest highly enough to give these people a call, even if you don't end up having them do the work -- they're honest about the problem, and the price. We never felt pressured to 'have' to have Rite Way do the work, but we are glad we did. Andrew did fantastic work and we are thankful to have such a competent technician do the job.
